Although he can come off shy, he is not afraid to tell you how he feels with his raspy meow (especially for more treats).

Bill gets along well with other cats but he prefers cats who are just like him - chill and relaxed. He is a little cautious at first with new people or sudden movements but warms up to volunteers within minutes if you approach him with calm energy. He enjoys being picked up especially if there is a nice shoulder to perch on and scratches that come with. He loves to play with lasers and any kind of bird toy that swoops in front of him!
